We know health is wealth. Unhealthy man is an unhappy man. To
maintain a better health here is some tips:
· We have to eat good food to maintain better
health. We may include a portion of vegetable and fruit types with our
regular other foods. Because vegetables and fruits types with our foods are better than
other foods for the human body.

We have to drink fresh or pure water to maintain better health.
·
We have to take a breath of fresh air.
·
To maintain better health we need normal sleep.
After going to bed for normal sleep, if sleep is not happening we have to close our eyes
for sleep and count down 100 to 01 slowly. Sleep may happen. I am getting
results by following the systems.

We have to avoid getting angry. Because anger is
our enemy.
